Do my guests need to create an account?
No. Guests join the room with a simple code. No account, no download, no friction. Your guest opens a link, enters the code, and off they go.
Does it work without Spotify?
Yes. Roomzic is compatible with Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, YouTube Music and SoundCloud. You connect the platform of your choice when creating your room.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can create and use rooms for free with up to 20 participants. The Premium plan unlocks advanced features (100 participants, voting, moderators, etc.) for hosts who want to go further.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Roomzic is a web app (PWA). It works on all smartphones, tablets and computers, directly in Safari, Chrome, Firefox — nothing to install.
Who pays what?
Only the room host can choose a paid plan. Guests never pay. They join, suggest tracks and vote — free, forever.
Can I have multiple moderators?
Yes, with the Premium plan. You can appoint moderators who help you accept or reject suggestions. Handy for large parties or bars.
What if someone suggests inappropriate content?
You keep full control. Every suggestion goes through you (or your moderators) before being added to the queue. Nothing gets through without approval. You can also block tracks or artists with the Premium blacklist.
